General

  • These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Loyalty Program (the “Program”) which is sponsored and operated by My Favorite Pool Store. The Program is open to all U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age (or in those jurisdictions in which they reside the applicable age of majority, if greater than 18) in accordance with these Terms. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
  • Enrolled participants (“Members”) of the Program are eligible to earn rewards (“Rewards”) in recognition of spending and other Member behaviors as described more fully below. Members may also receive offers (“Offers”) from time to time and select Members may enjoy benefits (“Benefits”) as described below.
  • My Favorite Pool Store is solely responsible for the administration of the Program and redemption of the Rewards and Benefits.
  • Members can earn points and redeem Rewards for qualified spending for the duration of the Program at the sole discretion of My Favorite Pool Store.
  • By enrolling and/or participating in the Program, Members agree to abide by these Terms, as amended from time to time. Any changes or modifications to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting at My Favorite Pool Store /terms, and Members waive any right to receive specific or individual notice of such changes or modifications.
  • If you do not agree to all of the Terms now or at any point in the future, you can cancel your Loyalty membership and un-enroll from the Program by contacting Customer Solutions Center at 1-800-286-7929, emailing info@MyFavoritePoolStore.com  Upon cancellation, membership will be deactivated and any points, offers or unused Rewards or Benefits will be forfeited immediately and may not be reinstated or transferred.
  • My Favorite Pool Store reserves the right to discontinue, amend or modify the Program at its discretion at any time and in any way (including the right to change or discontinue Benefits). Program modifications may include changes in earning structure, rules for using Program Benefits, expiration dates or forfeiture of unused Rewards or Benefits.
  • My Favorite Pool Store reserves the right to cancel any Member’s participation in the Program with or without notice in the event of fraudulent activity, abuse of Rewards privileges, violation of the Program’s Terms, or any other reason at its sole discretion and shall have no liability arising out of such termination or cancellation.
  • Members also agree that My Favorite Pool Store, in its sole discretion, will resolve all questions/disputes regarding the Program including, but not limited to, eligibility, Benefits and Rewards.
  • My Favorite Pool Store reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Program (or any portion thereof) should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Program (or any portion thereof) or for any other reason at any time without notice and shall have no liability arising out of such termination or cancellation.
  • In the event of cancellation or termination of the Program, My Favorite Pool Store may elect to provide Benefits earned prior to the end of the Program but shall not be obligated to do so. Benefits earned are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemption value except at My Favorite Pool Store’s sole discretion.

Website Images

Make sure you read the description on the website for products you are purchasing, images may be a representation of the product. I.E., a PVC fitting description may list a product as a 1” coupling.  The image zoomed in on may show a 2” coupling. The item to be sold and or shipped will be the 1” coupling.

Pricing

My Favorite Pool Store, Inc., makes its best efforts to display the up-to-date pricing. Due to changing supplier pricing our store and website prices can change without notice.

Gift Card

My Favorite Pool Store, Inc., wants to make sure you understand that if you lose your gift card and do not have the receipt, your chances of recovering the funds are significantly reduced. My Favorite Pool Store, Inc., cannot replace a lost gift card without proof of purchase like a receipt. We will not know if the gift card has been redeemed. The Gift Card data is stored on a cloud server and My Favorite Pool Store, Inc. is not responsible if the data is lost due to the storage failing.

Loyalty Points

My Favorite Pool Store, Inc., offers loyalty points on most purchases. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain a copy of your receipt in case the information is lost. The Loyalty points data is stored on a cloud server and My Favorite Pool Store, Inc. is not responsible if the data is lost due to the storage failing.

Sale Loyalty Points

Sale items may use part of the discount to be given as loyalty points.  Check with the store representative for details.
